LEARNER SERVICE CENTRE (LSC)

 

LSC is a one-stop centre offering support services to learners.

Any enquiries, complaints or suggestions from learners can be made to the Centre through telephone, e-Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM), or fax.

Learners can also make personal enquiries to the Centre.

     Enquiries

 

The services include providing:

 

   Student confirmation letter
   Fee confirmation letter
   Tutorial confirmation letter
   Confirmation letter for EPF withdrawal (For postgraduates – from January 2012 intake)
   Payment confirmation letter (for Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN), Pusat Pungutan Zakat, Baitulmal & EPF purposes).
   Confirmation letter for Thesis/Project Progress Status (Postgraduate only)
   Submission of various forms from learners regarding their studies.
     Complaints
Learners can raise their complaints to LSC where they will receive a response within 14 working days, unless it is too complicated and requires more days to resolve.
     Compliments
All compliments from learners most welcome where they will be channelled to the relevant departments.
     Suggestions
Any creative and pragmatic suggestions are welcome as such inputs will enable OUM to continuosly improve on the quality of its services.

   All supporting documents within the prescribed time
   All supporting documents when submitting application forms
