Ts. Dr. Hj. Mohd Khairolden B. Hj. Ghani, 42 years old is a Manager for Expert and Industry Consultancy Division. Previously he holds position at Centre for Built Environment (CBE). He holds a PhD Degree in Built Environment (Facility Management) from the University of Malaya.
He is currently leading a project development Construction 4.0 Execution Plan 2021-2025 with CIDB Malaysia in assisting the industry players to develop the strategies, action plans and blueprints to transform the construction industry towards Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0). He is also leading numerous national projects funded by CIDB Malaysia related to sustainable and technology. Among notable project under CIDB is to transform contractors registration requirement for industry. Among others, guidelines and manual for resilient floods and landslide, a project on embodied carbon in construction and greenhouse gases (GHG) and has been involved in several project collaborations with public and private organisations mainly focuses on sustainable development initiatives, facility management and technology. He has vast experience in development of strategic planning, budgeting and financial management for multi-million research funding. Over 14 years’ experience in research industry, he has strong collaboration and networking with government agencies, professional associations, higher institutions. He is registered as certified Malaysian Carbon Reduction and Environmental Sustainability Tool (MyCREST) Qualified Professional (QP), Qualified Assessor (QA) and facilitator Sustainable INFRASTAR.
