Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach, develop and coordinate the delivery of courses and undertake research and publications in relevant areas.
  • Develop learning materials for relevant subject areas – in particular, modules for specific programmes.
  • Ensure that learning and assessment materials fulfil the expected outcomes for the relevant courses and programmes.
  • Ensure that all programme standards and codes of practice for programme accreditation are complied with.
  • Ensure that the programmes offered remain viable, up-to-date and are at the highest quality possible.

Academic Qualification:

  • Possess at least a master’s degree from a recognised institution in one of the fields stated above.
  • Applicants with a PhD qualification or are currently pursuing PhD will be given preference;

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience in an institution of higher learning.
  • Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels.
  • Able to work under pressure and practice a flexible teaching style.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Knowledgeable in teaching methodology.
  • IT-savvy and able to conduct classes online.
  • Preferably have prior teaching experience.

  1. Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

METEOR Property is seeking a talented and results-driven Business Development Executive to assist manager to drive growth, generate leads, and expand our client base. They will also responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue for the company.

Responsibility:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business leads and expand the client base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management team
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential business risks and opportunities
    • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
    • Assist Manager with business initiatives (as when needed)

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

  1. Strategic Planning Executive

Responsibility:

Planning & Budgeting Performance Reporting

    • Involve in setting up for Annual Business Policy Address
    • Provide analysis for financial data
    • Gather information on internal & external data
    • Liaise with other departments and external parties such as the department of Statistic Malaysia, etc.

Planning & Budgeting Exercise

    • To facilitate and organize activities related to the implementation of planning & budgeting exercise for the Group of Companies
    • To provide performance analysis for the current and previous year’s data
    • Liaise with other departments, subsidiaries and other related parties
    • Guide Head & Budget Coordinators in preparing the budget from the early until final stage.

Budget Utilization & Monitoring

    • Monitor monthly budget utilization and virement request by all departments
    • Organize and keep virement records
    • Ensure process of budget utilization & virement runs smoothly

Performance Reporting

    • Liaise with Group Finance & Account Department to obtain financial statements (P&L, balance sheet & cashflow)
    • Prepare quarterly management reports from the Group of Companies

Viability Study of Projects, Programmes, Investments & Due Dilligence

    • Prepare financial analysis such as performance, costing, pricing for the programmes, projects & investments.

Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Finance & Strategic Planning
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Finance, Business Administration or related field.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel)
    • Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Excellent administration skills, time management and attention to details.
    • Excellent in communication skills and a team player.
